Black Ops 2 NOT compatible with windows 8.1

with the official release of window 8.1 this is going to be a fairly large issue.

the game will not launch, i appears to be related to the new revision of direct X (11.2)

re-installing game does nothing

re-installing direct x does nothing

re-installing  .net framework does nothing

ALL windows updated are installed

i have tried to launch game as admin (no change.)

i have tried BOTH OFFICIAL NVIDIA and BETA drivers

this has been an issue sense  the release preview

this is NOT an ISOLATED ISSUE
