Can not leave clan?

Hey, so heres the issue, I joined a clan, who said they would be playing, fairly actively on BO2, and it's been about a week, havent seen a sole... so I went to join my friends clan, knowing I'd have to leave my current, which is where I run into the problem, he invited me to his clan, and when I got the prompt to leave my clan, I get a wonderful little error message saying something along the lines of how the Elite servers cannot be contacted, or some BS like that. I;'ve tried on my PS3. my PC (Including clearing cached files and the like), tried from my Droid using the app, using the browser (NEVER DOING THAT AGAIN), and from my iPad... all resulting in me still being stuck in my ghost clan, and unable to join a new one.... anyone else experiencing this issue?

 

 

premium elite member, and season pass holder for both MW3 and BO2

 

Ill check back often for updates, and if a dev sees this, any troubleshooting you need, lemme know.

[I WANT ANSWERS] "Downloadable content has changed: storage device has been removed" Game Error!

Is anyone else having this error, "Downloadable content has changed: storage device has been removed."  I have been getting this since the last update and I don't think it's my system or anything on my system.  I am able to join one game when I boot up my xbox, then when trying to continue to the next game the map will load and display the Intel, Map Name, and the details of the map but the background will turn to a tinted green. It will then proceed to tell me

"Downloadable content has changed: storage device has been removed" and kick me from the lobby and the game. Sometimes it will even say that my disc is unreadable (This cannot be true due to the fact that I can join games perfectly; I just can't play a series of games without having to restart the game and the process ocurring again)

Unfair Probation

I got a probation warning while I was playing and my XBOX 360 disconnected from XBOX Live. After this, I went into a game, finished it and then left while in the lobby. Then I tried going into a new game and it gave me a 1 minute probation for quitting early. Please tell me why it is doing this.

I cleared my system cache, redownloaded the newest update 3 times. I'm really pissed off here. Never had this problem, just started today!.

my ps3 keeps freezing when i play black ops 2 multiplayer and zombies i tried to connect the ps3 through ethernet and it still freezed i played other games such as mw2 and uncharted 2 for hours and it didn't freeze at all help please!!

PS - i have all the mappacks

I've finally managed to make my own fix [Im so proud, remember my credits] for the problem where you launch your English-Polish version of Black Ops 2 and it says:

 

Could not load default assets 'fonts/720/consolefont' for asset type 'font'.

 

Basicly what is causing the problem is, that when you download the game from steam, the english language pack is not downlaoded with it, and therefore its just looping to find the files but fails.

 

Here is what I did step by step.

 

1. Opened steam, right clicked on Black Ops 2 and changed the language to 'Polish'.

2. When it have downloaded around 1-2% of the polish language, you change it back to english. It will still download the polish language, but the dropdown menu will bug and stuck on 'English'.

3. When the download is completed, open black ops 2 and see if the game works (in polish ofcourse).

4. Download this file and put the 3 txt files in (common/callofdutyblackopsII/) folder and copy the 'english' folder under 'zone' to its respective location in your black ops installation folder (common/callofdutyblackopsII/zone/)

5. Open the game and play!

 

I hope this work, please comment, and share this tutorial on other forums and sites such as the Steam community where people are ripping their hair off, also remember to give credits (even if you make a youtube video!)

Elite PS3 Clan Invitation Error

Well, 5 days ago, I left the clan I was in in order to join my friend's clan.

He invited me, I accepted and an error came up... Error! Try again...

I tried again a few times and the same happened! I tried via the PS3 Elite and the same happened saying: Bad Server Communication Error.

So, the last 5 days, Im trying to solve this! I sent applications, he replied positevely and, Oops! AN ERROR!!!!!!

What the..... must i do? Other people joined that clan and from 4 members it is now 11! And Im still NOT IN!

What must I do?

Problems with Black Ops 2 on the PC.

Hello everyone!

Before I start, yes my laptop exceeds the requirements for the game, my graphic card is good enough to run the game, I have downloaded the Nvidia beta drivers for Black Ops already.

I searched for fixes and tips for the past few days, but I just wasnt able to fix these issues for me, hopefully you guys can help me:

1. Campaign loading times - Every mission takes fifteen minutes to load. There is just a black screen and the black ops 2 logo in the bottom right corner and the mission loads for a really long time, then I can play normally. Anyone else experiencing this?

2. Multiplayer - I connect to the main menu, everything runs smoothly when suddenly the screen freezes for three minutes. Then everything works as it should.

3. Multiplayer, The game finds a lobby extremely fast, the loading screen comes up, everything looks great. It starts to load, and it keeps loading for about eight minutes, then the screen goes black, I get kicked and the following message appears: "You have been disconnected from the Call of Duty Black Ops 2 servers. How is this acceptable?

If you need the specs of my laptop I will post them, but i checked everything and I can also run games like skyrim on high settings without lag.

 

Is there anyone who has found fixes for these issues?

Stats RESET for no reason (NEED CUTPURSE OR DEV HELP URGENTLY!)

Today when i was playing Black Ops 2 online, I lagged out of a game and after that, I was a prestige 0 level 1! I was a prestige 2 level 51, and I've never boosted, hacked, glitched or modded. Everything I had was completly legit! I lost everything I had unlocked until now. All my guns, camos, attachments, equipment, scorestreaks, etc! What's weird is that the calling card and emblem that i was using with this bug happened are still there, the leaderboards data is still the same, and on elite, I appear as a lvl 1 but on recent games there are all the games i played before this happened. I LOST ALL MY GOLD GUNS GOD DAMMIT. How can this be fixed? I'm on PS3 and my PSN ID is Coolman2996. Thank you.

Hi there.

I am from Sweden and i purchased my copy online... OFC i get my hands on a polish version!!

I managed to fix this language problem with a FIX file.. It worked fine for like 1.5 month, but then...

I double klick on Black ops multiplayer and the game tryes to start. But it cant start becouse i get this problem:

 

Error during initialization:

ERROR: sound bank failed to load mpl_patch.all. You have a build problem.

 

I have tryed to validate the lokal files inside steam and it workes... But now my BO2 is in polish again!

I reinstall the language fix and the game crashes again!!!!

PS

I can play singelplayer mode..

PC version

Plz Help!

(PS3) Mob Of The Dead freezing big issue

So the uprising dlc came out for the ps3 so I downloaded it, after the download i played it for a few matches and went to bed.

 

When i woke up the next day and played some more i got to round 28 then suddenly the game freezes now every game i have on mob of the dead is freezing at a random point, it´s getting to the point where it is just unplayable and yes i cleaned my console and i have downloaded the textures since the release of the game so i don´t think that it´s our systems fault majority of the ps3 players are having this issue and it would be verry nice if they looked into this issue,

it´s a shame really i was exited to play the map this dosen´t happen on MP and other games only Mob Of The Dead the other maps work fine.

Now please look into this i beg of you.

So 24hours ago, exactly i pre ordered COD Ghosts from gamestop.com.

But after i pre ordered, i never got the receipt/confirmation email. I still havent got it.. and i heard the camo code is on the receipt/confirmation mail.

Notice i pre ordered from the website.

WHY CAN'T I RESET MY STATS? WHY NO FRESH START? DEAR GOD HELP ME RESET

 

 

I have spent countless hours on youtube and the intenret trying to get an answer of 2 basic questions.

 

1. How on earth can I reset my black ops 2 stats?

- I am a prestige master and have been for a while, but I want to completely reset my stats and I can't because there is NO FRESH START OPTION.

 

I literally have no option to reset my stats, and this is bothering me substantially.

 

2. Where did my fresh start option go, and why don't I have one?

- The answer to this is only to kill my curiosity, I could care less how bugged and pathetic this is. I just want my issue resolved, to COMPLETELY RESET MY BLACK OPS 2 STATS. I'M TIRED OF BEING A PRESTIGE MASTER!

 

For the love of god, someone please help me reset my stats.

Black Ops 2 NOT compatible with windows 8.1

with the official release of window 8.1 this is going to be a fairly large issue.

 

the game will not launch, i appears to be related to the new revision of direct X (11.2)

 

re-installing game does nothing

 

re-installing direct x does nothing

 

re-installing  .net framework does nothing

 

ALL windows updated are installed

 

i have tried to launch game as admin (no change.)

 

i have tried BOTH OFFICIAL NVIDIA and BETA drivers

 

this has been an issue sense  the release preview

 

this is NOT an ISOLATED ISSUE
